I was getting my feet wet in the newspaper business from the time I could walk! Though my legs were quite short at the time, here I am keeping up with the wide strides of my Dad-- James A. Forchion, Jr., Founder and Publisher of The Moorestown Observer. The family-run newspaper chronicled the lives and happenings of the serene suburban neighborhood in 1980s New Jersey.
My earliest memories as a pint-sized entrepreneur date back to helping my Mom-- Joyce Bendross Forchion-- stuff and seal envelopes on her lap to advertise our family newspaper, The Moorestown Observer. Her grace and leadership were always glimmering examples of how a woman can successfully run a company while bringing immense joy in the lives of her husband, daughter, and everyone she encountered. For this reason, I dedicate my life and business to the betterment of women everywhere.
